Description
Concrete mixer truck features:
- The tank body uses double helical blades with moderate density. An additional door ball-shaped symmetrical mixing board is installed at the front conical part, and dual-blade assemblies and discharge guide blades are added at the tank mouth to make discharging more uniform and faster.
- The tank body adopts domestically pioneering submerged arc welding technology, enhancing its strength and aesthetic appearance. Each connecting part of the tank body is designed with lap joints to extend service life. The head is made using German cold spinning process technology, resulting in smooth and aesthetically pleasing shapes. Six reinforcing plates are installed inside the head to enhance wear resistance.
- The low tilt angle of the mixing drum extends the lifespan of hydraulic pumps, motors, and reducers. The sub-frame uses high-strength square tubes with a vibration damping zone in the middle, allowing stress release when the vehicle is fully loaded or on poor road conditions, thereby lowering the center of gravity and ensuring smoother driving.
- The blades are formed using over twenty sets of molds, ensuring accurate helix curves, spiral angles, and pitches, achieving even concrete mixing.
