High efficiency, fast spraying speed; when spraying water on stockyards prone to dust generation, small droplets are sprayed out, forming a humid misty body when contacting with rising dust particles, which quickly suppresses and settles the dust down, achieving an 80-90% settling rate.

Secondary atomization technology uses a specific turbine-assisted device to change the direction of airflow relative to the movement of droplets, creating an angle that promotes thorough atomization.

When the droplets are ejected from the nozzle, they are further shattered in the mist area by high-speed and high-pressure airflow, increasing their velocity, enhancing atomization, resulting in droplets generally ranging from 50 to 150 micrometers in diameter. Flexible power supply options include both three-phase 380V mains electricity and optional onboard generator sets.

The generator set is installed on the transport vehicle, providing flexible, safe, and reliable operation, with manual control (optional semi-automatic or fully automatic control).

Compared to other dust suppression equipment such as spray guns and water trucks, it saves water consumption by 70%-80%, and its mist coverage area far exceeds that of other dust suppression devices.
