Special Performance Description:
The swing arm garbage truck allows the garbage box to be lifted up and down, with one working cycle taking 60 seconds. The advantage of this design is that it enables the truck to work with multiple garbage boxes, enhancing its transportation efficiency, especially suitable for short-distance transport such as municipal waste collection and transportation by sanitation departments.
- Swing Arm Garbage Truck Garbage Box of Swing Arm Garbage Truck: The garbage box is a metal welded structure, available in open and sealed forms. After loose cargo is loaded into the box, it can be lifted onto the truck using the suspension chain. During unloading, the box is lifted by the suspension chain, and after landing, the suspension chain is removed to allow the box to dump its contents. The maximum tilting angle of the box can reach 86 degrees.
- Hydraulic Operating System: Composed of an oil tank, oil pump, multi-way directional control valve, hydraulic cylinders, balance valves, hydraulic locks, filters, and piping systems. The entire system is powered by the car’s gearbox and power take-off unit, with manual multi-way directional control valves controlling the extension and retraction movements of the support leg cylinders and swing arm cylinders. The oil pump displacement can be adjusted from below the vehicle via the manual throttle handle, the manual directional control valve lever controls the piston rod travel speed of the hydraulic cylinders, and the system pressure is set by the safety relief valve, which will overflow if the system pressure exceeds the set value.
- Operating System: This system facilitates the conversion of various functions. Before operating the multi-way directional control valve, the power take-off unit should be engaged to drive the oil pump. By manipulating the lever of the multi-way directional control valve on the swing arm garbage truck, the operator can perform tasks like extending and retracting the legs and loading/unloading operations. By adjusting the engine speed through the throttle handle next to the multi-way directional control valve, the flow rate of the system can be regulated, thereby altering the operational speed of the mechanisms. Height Control Valve No. 1 is used for the front suspension height control, featuring two solenoid valves to control the left and right air springs separately. To prevent abnormal pressures in the air lines, Height Control Valve No. 2 is employed for the rear suspension height control, also utilizing two solenoid valves. An additional check valve is included in Height Control Valve No. 2 to prevent excessive pressure build-up.
