Cummins Delivers 1,050 Units! Infusing High-Efficiency Momentum into YTO Express

As the 618 mid-year shopping festival approaches, the logistics industry braces for a "stress test," with companies gearing up for the delivery peak. Recently, 1,050 Liuqi Chenglong H7 trucks equipped with Cummins 13L engines were officially delivered to YTO Express, injecting new power into its nationwide logistics network.

Redefining Speed and Efficiency

As a leading intelligent supply chain solutions provider and logistics brand, YTO Express has maintained rapid growth, with over 20,000 service outlets nationwide and a delivery network covering 93% of county-level cities and above. This infrastructure ensures efficient and high-quality supply chain and logistics services.

With rising demands for delivery speed in the industry, vehicle performance and uptime are critical to operational efficiency. The newly delivered Chenglong H7 trucks, powered by Dongfeng Cummins Z13 engines, boast a 520-horsepower large displacement and a peak torque of 2,400 N·m, delivering exceptional power output. The engines achieve strong torque at low RPM, with 5–10% faster transient response and 10% improved acceleration, effortlessly meeting the high-frequency, long-distance, and complex operational demands of express logistics.

Unlocking Cost-Efficiency

The Z13 engines are customized for express logistics vehicles and operating conditions. A 250-bar high burst pressure ensures resilience under extreme mechanical and thermal stress, while upgraded oil pumps, fuel pumps, and superior leak-proof, waterproof, and dustproof performance enhance reliability. The engines support up to 150,000-kilometer oil change intervals and offer flexible maintenance plans, significantly reducing ownership costs.

For operational savings, structural optimization reduces component count by 30%, lowering weight and fuel consumption. Combined with an ultra-high-pressure common rail fuel injection system and next-gen exhaust technology, combustion efficiency is boosted, achieving a fuel consumption rate of just 172 g/kW·h. This delivers optimal fuel economy for line-haul logistics, helping customers achieve "low cost, high value" operational goals.

Building a Worry-Free Ecosystem

To align with YTO Express’s nationwide, grid-based operations, Dongfeng Cummins and Liuqi Chenglong have jointly launched customized training, technical support, and comprehensive aftermarket services. This collaboration establishes a full lifecycle service ecosystem for vehicles and engines, driving maintenance upgrades and ensuring seamless operations.
