• Fast Service: After purchase, if your vehicle experiences a failure, simply call the Weichai hotline at 400 618 3066 to report it. Customer service will respond quickly, track the process end-to-end, and dispatch professional technicians from the nearest service center. Service procedures and standards are consistent with those during the standard warranty period.

• Transparent Pricing: After repairs are completed, the service station automatically submits the report via the Weichai Service Cloud system, ensuring transparent and verifiable costs.

• Zero-Risk Guarantee: If the actual repair costs for the 20 covered parts during the warranty period exceed the purchase price of the package, Weichai will cover the excess amount in full. If the costs do not exceed the package price, the unused balance will be fully converted into Weichai Mall credits for purchasing genuine parts. Either way, you win.

What are the requirements to purchase the package?

 From April 1 to December 31, vehicles equipped with Weichai WP13NG or WP15NG engines and operating for no more than one year can purchase the Weichai Gas Engine Parts TCO Service Package via the "Weichai Tongxing" (Weichai Together) Mini Program or APP.
