The cargo compartment of the piglet transport vehicle is designed with a three-tier structure. The middle partition can be raised and lowered hydraulically, functioning like an elevator. Here’s how it works:

A group of piglets is herded into the compartment, and with the press of a remote control, the partition lifts the piglets to the third floor.

Another group of piglets is herded in, and the partition lifts them to the second floor.

Finally, a third group of piglets is herded in, and they remain on the first floor.

This innovative design allows the vehicle to transport three times the number of piglets compared to traditional methods, saving two-thirds of the transportation cost. Additionally, the lower density of piglets ensures higher transport quality.

Our newly launched Livestock Transport Vehicle is based on a van chassis and constructed with high-quality fiberglass material, offering excellent corrosion resistance and anti-aging properties.

Design and Functionality:

The vehicle is built on a flat-head diesel truck chassis with a three-tiered slatted structure, suitable for transporting live animals such as pigs, cows, and sheep over medium and short distances. It can also be used for transporting agricultural products and dry goods.

Compared to traditional models, this vehicle features an all-aluminum body (or optional steel frame with aluminum floor hybrid structure).

The second and third floors are equipped with a fully liftable floor, allowing adjustable height for easy loading and unloading.
