The Deep Cleaning Vehicle is a new type of road sweeper developed by our company (a combination of rear-mounted dust suction vehicle and washing sweeping vehicle). It uses the original National VI Class II car chassis for modification, adding a sub-engine (170 hp), maintenance-free fan, high-pressure water pump (GTM), 3.5 cubic meters of fresh water tank, 8 cubic meters of garbage bin, rear-mounted suction plate (with high-pressure lateral spray rod), work video probe, automatic pulse cleaning function, hydraulic system, special equipment electronic control system and sub-frame modifications. Using negative pressure pure suction principle, unidirectional airflow (no backblowing flow), dust only enters without exiting during dust suction mode, no dust emission, achieving zero PM2.5 emissions, suitable for urban roads, overpasses, squares, airports, docks, factories, etc., for cement concrete pavement and asphalt pavement mechanical cleaning operations.

The deep cleaning truck adopts the automobile chassis , equipped with auxiliary engine, fan, garbage bin, suction device, electronic control system and other brand parts, while other main supporting parts are purchased globally, making the product performance reach international advanced level.

In terms of structure, this product adopts rectangular fresh water tank and garbage tank, corrugated surface modeling, reasonable overall length, width and height ratio, making the whole vehicle appearance beautiful and refreshing. The product adopts an innovative locking technology to make the sealing effect of the garbage tank back door better. The garbage tank tipping unloading, with self-unloading device, easy to unload. The total volume of the garbage tank reaches 8 cubic meters, and the total volume of the water tank reaches 3.5 cubic meters, realizing the effective volume ratio of fresh water and sewage during operation.

The deep cleaning truck is powerful, with a one-time sweeping rate of up to 90%, which can effectively solve the road sweeping and cleaning problems.
