The G7 van is converted into a refrigerated vehicle without altering its external van appearance. The internal structure is modified into an insulated compartment.

The compartment is constructed using fiberglass for both inner and outer layers, with 8 cm thick polyurethane insulation panels vacuum-pressed together. The edges are reinforced with aluminum alloy profiles. It comes standard with double rear doors, and the door edges and lock components are made of 304 stainless steel, ensuring an attractive, durable, and robust design. The floor is 10 cm thick, with a surface made of anti-slip patterned aluminum plate. The vehicle is equipped with a refrigeration unit capable of maintaining temperatures between 0°C and -15°C.

Compartment Construction Details:

The compartment is constructed using a fully enclosed composite panel structure. The inner and outer skins are made of fiberglass panels, and the middle layer is polyurethane foam insulation material. The four sides are bonded together using high-strength adhesive, creating a sealed panel. During assembly, the panels are bonded together with high-strength adhesive and secured with embedded high-strength screws. All hardware components of the refrigerated compartment are made of stainless steel.
